Aspiring to create a sustainable ecosystem through preservation of Bees.

Established in 2007, BMSM HONEY FARM aspires to create a sustainable ecosystem through the preservation of bees and the use of  Natural Honey in our daily life. We provide guided day tours at our farm and conduct educational classes at school and institutions where students are taught on the inside story of Bees and how everyone can play a part in the preservation of bees.

At the farm, we also grow organic Herbs and Medicinal plants that are used for generations as a home remedy to cure disease and illness. Each and every of our health product is the result of research, development, production, and sourcing from the most natural environments. The quality and originality of our products are only made better with each customer we satisfy.

Born as raised at the foothills of the Himalayas, Bee Keeper Bal Krishna Aryal always enjoyed using honey for medicinal use as well as for his daily breakfast.

His love for honey didnt settle to just but honey from the market, in 2007, he decided to keep Bee Hive at the backyard of his house in Chitwan and harvest honey on his own. With this humble beginning, Mr Aryal today is well known Bee Keeper and a supplier for Natural Honey all across Nepal.

BMSM brand of honey today is recognised as one of the highest grade home grown honey enjoyed by every household in Nepal.

SUSTAINABILITY

BMSM BEE FARM  is more than just producing Natural quality honey. – we’re about creating community, educating on the importance of bees, and empowering beekeepers. Bees are tiny environmental champions and we strive to follow in their footsteps by doing business in a regenerative, ethical and sustainable way.

We aim to introduce our bee keeping ethics and culture to as many people as possible. Bees pollinate the plants and eventually helps to maintain a healthy ecosystem. Our environment will only be sustainable if everyone of us play a part in caring for these essential little pollinators.

SUSTAINABLE SOURCING

When it comes to wood sourcing for the bee hives, we ensure that the environment is being looked after.
We work closely with suppliers who focus on environmental protection and minimum cutting of trees to produce wood timers.

 GOING ORGANIC

What’s good for the bees is good for us and that’s why we also choose not use any pesticides and chemicals when growing pollen. Organic plants means that our bees are safe from the harmful pesticides which may potentially threaten the life of the bees. Due to our going organic policy,  our bees are constantly increasing in volume, which means more bee hives and more natural quality honey for everyone.

SUPPORTING THE COMMUNITY

Our programs support schools, universities, beekeeping clubs, and community gardens, organisations and charities with educational resources and beekeeping equipment so they can continue to do what they do best.

We believe that educating people about the importance of pollinators is vital work. We hope that these new beekeepers will be inspired to look for inventive and creative solutions to the plight of pollinators.
